At the core of every persistent emotional struggle is something called emotional learning — your brain’s way of storing past experiences, feelings, and beliefs about how the world works and who you are in it.

This emotional learning lives deeper than logic.

That’s why I don’t teach people to cope better.


I help them feel different.

Through a neuroscience-validated process called memory reconsolidation, we identify and update the emotional learning that’s keeping you stuck — and rewire it permanently.
